Melancholia (n.) (Med.) 【醫】憂鬱症 A kind of mental unsoundness characterized by extreme depression of spirits, ill-grounded fears, delusions, and brooding over one particular subject or train of ideas.

 Is the  capital  and  most populous city  of the  Australian state  of  Victoria, and the second most populous city in  Australia  and  Oceania. [1]  Its name refers to an  urban agglomeration  of 9,993  km2  (3,858  sq  mi), [10]  comprising a  metropolitan area  with  31 municipalities, [11]  and is also the common name for  its city centre. The city occupies much of the coastline of  Port Phillip  bay (Kulin:  Naarm) and spreads into the  Hinterland  towards the Dandenong  and  Macedon  ranges,  Mornington Peninsula  and  Yarra Valley. It has a population of 5 million (19% of the  population of Australia), and its inhabitants are referred to as "Melburnians". [note 2]

Melioidosis (n.) 類鼻疽 Melioidosis  is an  infectious disease  caused by a  Gram-negative  bacterium  called  Burkholderia pseudomallei. [1] Most people infected with  B. pseudomallei  experience no symptoms, but those who do experience symptoms have signs and symptoms that range from mild, such as  fever, skin changes,  pneumonia, and  abscesses, to severe with  inflammation of the brain inflammation of the joints, and  dangerously low blood pressure  that causes death. [1]  About 10% of people with melioidosis develop symptoms that last longer than two months, termed "chronic melioidosis". [1]
